Be on the Lookout for…

  • No folders today. Look for a very full one coming home next week!
  • Upcoming teacher workdays are Mon, October 13th and Mon, October 20th. There is no school for students on those days.
  • As you may know, this  month is National Hispanic Heritage Month. Students are already reading books from countries around the world and we will dive deeper into different cultures and persons of interest. Many have really dove into learning Spanish on DuoLingo as well! We always have an end of quarter reading celebration for students and I’d like to bring some fiesta vibes to it! If you are willing to contribute an item to make this a reality, I would really appreciate it. Please visit this Amazon link (the party items are at the top of this list). Please send these in by Mon, Oct 27th. Thank you! word-fiesta
  • 1st quarter conferences are coming soon. Please mark your calendar for the week of October 20th. A signup will go home next week.

Thank you for ensuring your child reads at LEAST 10 minutes a day at home. You can write their minutes at the bottom of agendas next to the day of the week.

This week in Math:

This quarter in Science: We are studying the States of Matter and how states can change from one to another.
