- This week is a spirit week across the upper grades to get kids ready for exams. Thursday this week is hat day and Friday is PJ day.
- Lunch visitors and mystery readers are finished for the year. Thank you to all who shared their time, stories, and favorite books with us this year!
- Per school instruction- ALL STUDENTS will leave school chromebooks AT SCHOOL starting this Friday so we can ensure they are here and charged for testing.

This week in Literacy:
We are reviewing all concepts taught this year and working to build stamina on longer passages. Students are expected to use PARTY as a reading strategy to help them succeed.
Our new read aloud is Matilda by Roald Dahl. The kids are loving the brainiac girl with difficult parents.
This week in Math:
We are reviewing all concepts taught this year and working to build stamina solving many problems at once. Students are expected to underline/circle key words and DRAW VISUAL MODELS to help them succeed! No rushing and solving solely in our heads!
