Hello everyone, and welcome to Mrs. Vaughan’s virtual classroom!
I am very excited to meet all of you in person, but hope this site will help you get acquainted with some important info in preparation for a great school year. I invite you to confirm our supply list, check out classroom procedures and expectations, and find out a little bit about your new teacher, ME! You will hear from me every Tuesday via this website and will be encouraged to locate the secret word hidden amongst our classroom happenings. I will share lots of classroom happenings through our Twitter page as well, so go ahead and follow us @MrsVaughan3 .
Just a heads up- our School Ribbon Cutting (8:30) and Meet the Teacher (9-12 window) will take place on Friday, August 26th. I give out LOTS of materials and helpful information at Meet the Teacher, so please do what you can to ensure I get to meet my new owls and their families at this event. If you want to make the 1st day of school a bit easier for both of us, you are encouraged to go ahead and BRING SCHOOL SUPPLIES to Meet and Greet! If you CANNOT make it, please email me and I will do everything in my power to get you materials prior to the first day of school.
